Site preparation

Positioning the charger: garage, wall outside, driveway etc. Ensure proper mounting surface, cable run, power source, and any permissions needed.

Electrical works

Installing necessary cabling & protective equipment

  • Fitting the charger unit (tethered/untethered, with Type-2 as required)

  • Installing surge protection (in-unit and/or additional SPD) per regs.

  • Earth/grounding if required (though many Zappi units don’t require an earth rod).

Set up & hand-over

Test charging, set up app, show you how to switch modes (FAST, ECO, ECO+), schedule, view generation (if solar) etc.

Support & warranty
